The elev8.dance app started off as a somewhat complex client project and turned into an ambitious, multi-year, complete scheduling and competition management platform with a growing list of potential features. With so many complex components, this platform pushed our code base towards new, exciting tech possibilities.

COMPETITION REGISTRATION

Studios register their dancers in the platform and submit information on groups, ages, experience levels and categories. Competition organizers have the information they need formatted to simplify scheduling.

COMPETITION SCHEDULING

The registration information is used to help organizers create a multi-day, multi-stage competition schedule that highlights any group conflicts to ensure all groups and solo performances go smoothly.

COMPETITION APP

Dancers, parents and adjudicators access competition schedules, award standings, videos, images and more through the elev8.dance app. Competition organizers have the option to link to merchandise sales, and can request payment for access to programs and videos.

The powerful competition scheduler is also accessible for studios to build classroom schedules that keep their dancers and groups organized. Schedules are available to dancers and parents through the same competition app.
